Some of the most exciting art is created when boundaries begin to blur.

A Kathak performance infused with beatboxing. Folk melodies layered over metal instrumentals. Classical dance inspired by anime storytelling. These are the kinds of creative combinations that catch people off guard and leave a lasting impression.
At CULSEQ, we’re always looking for artists who are willing to explore new possibilities. The performers who blend influences, challenge conventions, and create something that doesn’t fit neatly into a single category.
We believe culture moves forward when artists experiment. When traditions meet contemporary influences. When different genres, styles, and ideas come together to create something fresh.
That’s why we’re inviting submissions from dancers, musicians, theatre artists, filmmakers, visual artists, writers, and creators of all kinds. If you’ve worked on a project that combines different artistic forms, cultural influences, or creative disciplines, we’d love to see it.
Whether it’s a stage performance, a music project, a film, a piece of visual art, or something that defies easy description, we want to discover the work that makes people stop and think, “I’ve never seen anything quite like this before.”
Selected entries will be featured on CULSEQ and shared with our growing community of students, artists, festival organisers, and culture enthusiasts from across the country.
If you have a creative experiment you’re proud of, send it our way.
Submit your entries at apoorva@miraiminds.jp
We’re excited to see what happens when creativity refuses to stay in a single lane.
This feels more aligned with CULSEQ’s voice: thoughtful, culture-focused, and aspirational without being overly quirky.
