About CULSEQ
Documenting the creators, campuses, and communities shaping youth culture in India.
CULSEQ takes its name from “Cultural Secretary”, the student leader often at the heart of campus life, connecting people, ideas, events, and creative communities. Inspired by that role, CULSEQ exists to be the pulse of college culture, documenting the talent, stories, and movements shaping youth culture across India.
We believe some of the most important stories in India are still unfolding inside college auditoriums, festival grounds, rehearsal rooms, student clubs, open mics, creator collectives, and campus communities. These are the spaces where future artists, entrepreneurs, performers, innovators, and cultural leaders first find their voice.
For nearly a decade, our journey has been rooted in understanding youth culture from the inside. Through our earlier work as ATKT, we built relationships with hundreds of colleges, festivals, societies, and student creators across India, documenting talent long before it reached mainstream audiences.
Today, CULSEQ expands that vision.
We are building a living archive of Indian youth culture by documenting the creators, campuses, and communities that shape it. Through stories, interviews, event coverage, creator features, original content, and campus partnerships, we capture what young India is creating, discussing, performing, and celebrating right now.
Our network spans colleges, student organisations, cultural festivals, creators, artists, musicians, dancers, writers, filmmakers, entrepreneurs, and emerging communities across the country. Together, they form one of India’s most dynamic cultural ecosystems.

Meet the Founders
Saurabh Kanwar | Co-Founder
Saurabh Kanwar is a media entrepreneur, marketer, and community builder with over 25 years of experience across television, digital media, content, and brand strategy. Having held leadership roles at MTV, Disney, Channel [V], and Radio City before founding Flarepath, Saurabh has spent his career at the intersection of storytelling, culture, and audience engagement. His passion for identifying emerging talent and building meaningful creator communities laid the foundation for what would eventually become CULSEQ.
Prashant Sardesai | Co-Founder
Prashant Sardesai is a media-tech entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in content creation, digital media, and marketing. An engineer and MBA by training, he combines a strategic understanding of technology with a deep appreciation for storytelling and youth culture. Through his work building creator networks and campus communities across India, Prashant has helped shape CULSEQ’s vision of documenting and amplifying the voices, talent, and cultural movements emerging from the country’s youth.
